[Gorgias] Apply Public Response [Snooze]

[Gorgias] Apply Public Response [Snooze] is a flow that allows us to assign a public response to a ticket, apply specific tags and snooze the ticket for a number of days provided as flow input. The ticket will be automatically reopened at the end of snooze days.

How it works

• Apply public and open response
  [Gorgias] Apply Public Response [Open]
  
• Snooze the ticket
  
• If the apply public response or snooze ticket fails then set Critical Error = true
