Zendesk Tickets

Use this section to connect DigitalGenius with your support tickets on Zendesk.

The integration is done via Zendesk triggers. You will create a Zendesk trigger which will notify a target that is connected to DigitalGenius APIs. Whenever a ticket gets created or updated it will be checked against the trigger and if the conditions are matched then the ticket will be sent to DigitalGenius for a potential automation.

When DigitalGenius needs to respond back to the customer this is done via putting the automation text into a custom field and then applying a macro that sends a comment with the field placeholder.
