Freshchat Webhook Setup

  1. Login into your Freschat Account. Go to Settings-> Webhooks

  1. Enable Webhooks

  1. Add the webhook target which has the following format: https://flow-server.eu.dgdeepai.com/freshchat/{{flow_id}}/add-event.

Flow ID - is the id of [CHAT] MASTER FLOW

  1. Specify an email address where failure Notifications will be sent. Usually, we use [email protected] for it.

  2. Copy and Save somewhere Authentication KEY, it's needed to connect DG flows to your freshchat account.

  1. Click Save to save the newly created webhook
