Freshchat Webhook Setup

1. Login into your Freschat Account. Go to Settings-> Webhooks

2. Enable Webhooks

2. Add the webhook target which has the following format: https://flow-server.eu.dgdeepai.com/freshchat/{{flow_id}}/add-event.

Flow ID - is the id of [CHAT] MASTER FLOW

3. Specify an email address where failure Notifications will be sent. Usually, we use [email protected] for it.

4. Copy and Save somewhere Authentication KEY, it's needed to connect DG flows to your freshchat account.

4. Click Save to save the newly created webhook
