Freshdesk API credentials:

Freshdesk API Key is required if you want to use Freshdesk REST APIs. In order to find your Freshdesk credentials, you have to login into your store Freshdesk account, for example, https://yourdomain.freshdesk.com/, and navigate to your account icon on the top-right of the page.

Once you open the pop-up menu, click on Profile settings to open your profile setting page. On this page, you will find Your API Key. From here you can copy the key or reset the key and use the new one.
