Knowledge Retrieval with ChatGPT

This action currently works with an internal only DG Knowledge tool where you upload pieces of knowledge, can be FAQs, products, etc. The action then takes a natural language query from a user and searches through the knowledge to find most relevant knowledge matching the user's query. Then it takes the matched knowledge and feeds it into a prompt for ChatGPT to personalize the response based on user's query and knowledge matched.
