Fallback Flows

What is a Fallback Flow?

A "fallback" Flow is any Flow that is set to execute in case the "main" Flow fails. It will be triggered whenever the normal Flow execution halts because of an error, like Incomplete or Missing Inputs.
The Fallback Flow feature can be used to recover in case of errors and fallback to another flow. As an example, you can use this feature to hand over to a human agent if the normal execution cannot continue.

How to select your Fallback Flow

On the top right corner you will find our Options button. Click on it and select Fallback Flow

A pop up will appear where you can search and select what Flow you want to use as your Fallback Flow.
You can also view any Flow on the list by clicking on it. This will open a new window with that flow for you to check through it.
