Find Genesys Conversations with Full Data

This action retrieves the FULL set of conversation data from Genesys for a specific conversation ID.

Please note: this action only works with a module connection, so please make sure to set this up in your dashboard beforehand.

This action is typically used to retrieve the Email Communication ID.
