Genesys Apply Wrap Up
Apply wrap-up in Genesys
This action applies wrap-up for this conversation communication.
Please note: this action only works with a module connection, so please make sure to set this up in your dashboard beforehand.
Inputs
In order to use the action in your flow you need to provide it with the following inputs:
Input | Type | Description |

Conversation ID | String | The unique identifier of the conversation. |
Agent Participant ID | String | The participant ID of the agent. You can get this from the Genesys Conversation data. The relevant participant ID has the purpose field = agent. |
Email Communication ID | String | The communication ID of the email. You can get this from the Genesys FULL Conversation data from the 'email' object. |
Wrap Up Code ID | String | The wrap up code ID. Can be found by searching for an existing Genesys conversation which has the wrap up code already applied to it. |
Wrap Up Code Name | String | The wrap up code name. |
