[Gorgias] Apply Agent Review is a flow that allows you to add a custom note and specific tags to a ticket that has been automated. This is useful for cases where you want to provide additional feedback or information to the agent who will handle the ticket following an automated response.
How it works
- Build the tags list
- Apply the internal note
- Apply the tags if the internal note was successfully added
- Set Automation Type = User Response and Agent Note for analytics reports
- Set Critical Error = true if the apply internal note action fails
