[Zendesk] Greeting

[Zendesk] Greeting is a small subflow that helps us to create a personalized greeting for the customer based on their language code.

The information is taken from the associated zendesk ticket due to the action called "Zendesk Get User Fields".

For example, if the language code is "es" and the customer name is "john", the greeting would be "Hola John, " (The first name is capitalize).

If the customer name is not present, the greeting will be "Hola,".
