[Zendesk] Apply Public Response [Status]

[Zendesk] Apply Public Response [Status] are a set of flows that are similar to the [Zendesk] Apply Public Response [Open]. Here, status can be Open, Pending, On Hold, Solved or any other status found in Zendesk.

In order to apply the various statuses to the ticket, simply configure it at the macro level. Then, when the macro will be applied as seen below, the status will in-turn be applied to the ticket.
