[Gorgias] Apply Agent Note is a flow that allows you to add a note and specific tags to a ticket that requires human intervention. It is useful for situations where the ticket cannot be handled by automation and you want to provide some guidance or information for the agent who will handle it.
How it works
- Build the tags list
- Apply the internal note
- Apply the tags if the internal note was successfully added
- Set Automation Type = Agent Note for analytics reports
- Set Critical Error = true if the apply internal note action fails
