New to DigitalGenius? Follow these steps to get set up, learn the basics, and know where to go for help.

1. Get access to the DG Platform

Your CSM will set up your account and send you an invite. If you don't have access yet, contact your CSM.

Once you have access, log in using the link for the region your account is hosted in:

• EU: eu.digitalgenius.com
• US: us.digitalgenius.com

If you're not sure which region you're on, check with your CSM.

2. Learn the basics

Before you start building, read these short introductions:

• What is the DG Platform?: an overview of what the platform does
• Core concepts at a glance: the building blocks every automation is made from

3. Sign up to DG Academy

DG Academy is our library of self-paced courses. Each course uses worked examples to walk you through the DG Platform, from the fundamentals to more advanced use cases.

5. Sign up to the DG Support portal

The Support portal is where you raise tickets with our Support team for help with issues or questions about the platform. Ask your CSM to provide access for you and your team.
