What is a flow?

A flow is the automation that runs to handle a specific customer request, from the first message to the final outcome. Flows define the automation that decides what to do, what actions to take, and how to reply to a customer.

How to find a flow

1. Open Flows in the left-hand panel.
2. In the search bar, enter the flow's name.
3. Select the flow from the results and open it.
