Zendesk Check Business Hours
Checks whether a Zendesk business-hours schedule is open right now. Use it to route or message customers differently inside or outside office hours.
What it does
- Fetches the selected business-hours schedule from Zendesk.
- Evaluates whether the current time falls within the schedule.
- Returns a readable breakdown of the schedule intervals.
Notes
- Requires a configured Zendesk connection and the schedule ID to check.
- Timezone controls which zone is used when evaluating open/closed.
