Gladly Get Liveboards
Retrieves Gladly liveboard summary metrics for your organisation, optionally for a single inbox. Use it to read queue and staffing figures inside a flow.
What it does
- Fetches the liveboard summary for the organisation.
- Can be narrowed to a specific inbox when an inbox ID is provided.
