Testing
The Testing section of the DigitalGenius Dashboard lets you validate your chat automation in a safe, controlled environment before changes go live. Use it to create test cases, run simulated customer conversations against your Chat Widget, and review scored results without affecting production traffic.
The Testing section requires the Conversation Simulations feature to be enabled on your account. If you don't see AI → Testing in your dashboard, contact your CSM to have it enabled.
