Push Comment to Conversation Page
Adds a comment to a conversation's internal notes on the Conversations page, so agents can see what the AI did or found. Authentication is handled by the platform. No DG API key or secret needs to be stored in global variables or passed in.

| Metadata | Optional Object | Optional metadata to attach to the note. internal_note is always set to true. |
| Safe Mode | Optional Boolean | If true, the action returns Success = false and an Error Message instead of stopping the flow. |

| Message External ID | String | External ID of the created note. Empty on failure. |
| Error Message | String | Error details when Safe Mode is on and the action fails. |
