Gorgias Get Ticket and Customer for Voice Call
Finds the most recent Gorgias ticket created for a phone number (within the last 30 seconds) and returns both the ticket and the customer. Use it to link an incoming call to its Gorgias records.
What it does
- Searches Gorgias for the latest ticket matching the given phone number.
- Returns the ticket ID and customer ID, plus the full ticket and customer objects.
